Constructability

A Constructability Review, using the SVS approach, examines the construction documents from a contractor’s perspective. In an SVS-led constructability review, the project is reviewed to assess the feasibility of the construction approach including methodology, sequencing of activities, phasing and associated durations, and any logistics required for continuity of business operations. The SVS team not only identifies challenges the project may encounter during construction but suggests means to minimize these challenges, risks, and concerns to ensure the project is delivered to mitigate disruption, cost, and schedule growth.
